JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate will work on the design and development of the RiskVision server backend and web services. The candidate will be responsible for implementing key server side features in our RiskVision platform and products which are built on top of latest J2EE technologies. The Software Engineer will work closely with Product Managers and key solution experts to help define and implement these features.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for design and development of Agiliance IT-GRC products and solutions
- Responsible for working closely with QA and Performance testing teams to deliver a high quality solution offering
- Author high level and low level design documents
- Ongoing development, support, and maintenance of RiskVision
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 - 6 years of progressive experience in the development for a scalable, high performance enterprise product
- Strong working knowledge of Java, J2EE, SQL, Hibernate and XML
- Excellent working knowledge on any one of the following application servers: Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere or JBoss
- Strong working knowledge of MySQL, Oracle or MS SQL
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP, JAXB) is a plus
- Experience with Spring Framework and or jBPM is a plus
- Experience with reporting is a plus
- Solid knowledge and application of engineering concepts
- Understands development methodology and development life-cycle
- Problem solving capabilities and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in person, by telephone, and with large teams
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Enthusiasm to learn new tools and technologies
- Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate will lead a group of highly talented engineers and work on the design and development of the RiskVision server. The candidate will be responsible for implementing key server side features in our RiskVision platform and products which are built on top of latest J2EE technologies. The technical lead will be expected to Research, evaluate, and integrate new technologies and features into RiskVision server. Technical lead will work closely with Product Managers and key solution experts to help define and implement these features.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for leading a group of technical resources in the design and development of Agiliance RiskVision
- Research, evaluate, and integrate open source frameworks
- Responsible for re-designing and fine tuning the application to enhance its performance
- Responsible for communicating with QA and Performance testing teams to deliver a high quality solution offering
- Responsible for coordinating and working with US team members as part of a distributed Solution development team
REQUIREMENTS
- Should be a hands-on technical expert
- 8- 12 years of progressive experience in development of a scalable, high performance enterprise products
- Strong Java/J2EE development experience
- Proficient in XML and SQL
- Excellent working knowledge of Oracle, MySQL or MS SQL
- Experience with Hibernate, Spring and Strut, LDAP/AD, WebServices, SOAP, Java Script
- Excellent working knowledge on any one of the following application servers: Weblogic, WebSphere, NetWeaver, JBoss and Tomcat
- Understands development methodology and development life-cycle
- Should be able to tackle complex problems with breakthrough thinking and quality implementation independently
- Knowledge of IT-GRC or experience in security domain will be a big plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in person, by telephone, and with large teams

JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a Software Engineer position in the professional services (consulting) team. The candidate will design and implement extensions and customizations on top of our RiskVision platform and products which are built on top of the latest J2EE technologies. The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with customers and key solution experts to help define and implement the features to meet our customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop custom screens based on customer requirements
- Develop new connectors to integrate with scanners used by our customers
- Develop new reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by customers and partners
- Providing data fixes and work around to resolve critical customer issues
- Liaison between product development team, consultants and customers
- Developing on-line knowledge base
- Understand security policies and procedures for risk and compliance management based on standards such as ISO 2700x, COBIT, PCI and NIST guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree
- 3-5 yrs progressive experience in the development for a scalable, high performance enterprise product or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of Java, J2EE, SQL, Hibernate and XML
- Strong working knowledge of MySQL, Oracle or MS SQL
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP, JAXB) is a must
- Experience in creating reports and Dash boards would be a definite plus
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and security best practice guidelines, such as ISO 27001, BITS, COBIT, NIST, CIS benchmarks, Privacy etc will be a huge plus
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- CISA, CISM or CISSP certification is a big plus
- Experience in internal or external auditing processes with regard to information security and risk assessment will be a big plus
- Good knowledge of security tools, techniques and methodologies a plus
- Needs to work very independently on the cases assigned
