JOB DESCRIPTION

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales in your territory and developing long-lasting and impactful channel relationships. The Director of Sales will play an integral part in the development of Agiliance's growth strategy, annual sales and marketing plans, and strategic business plan in order to meet or exceed annual sales targets. We expect you will drive a disciplined and transformative solution-selling process including lead to opportunity management, strategic account planning, and competitive know-how to accelerate business. The Sales Director will report directly to Agiliance's Vice President of Sales. Candidates without proven security software sales experience will not be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct sales and channel sales management responsibility for assigned territory and revenue goal for license, maintenance, and professional services.
  • Initiate, establish, and maintain contact with team members, prospects, clients, and partners within assigned territory.
  • Develop recommendations for growth, opportunities for growth, and key target accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of Agiliance products, content, and services.
  • Become proficient in Agiliance offerings and know when to engage pre-sales assistance.
  • Expand current and build new systems integrator and consulting partner go-to-market plans to scale business development and channel sales.
  • Accurately forecast and manage deal closure.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • 7 to 10 years of selling experience.
  • Proven solution selling experience with security and / or enterprise software solutions. Candidates without proven security software sales experience will not be considered.
  • Strong systems integrator teaming and relationship management experience.
  • Strong resale channel development and management experience.
  • Team selling and shared territory management experience.
  • Clear communications and executive level presentation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to perform high-level product demonstrations.
  • Prior experience with CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Travel: an average of one to two weeks per month.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As Sales Engineer you will be responsible for working with existing and new customers and partners to articulate the technical and business value of our solutions. This role is a field position that closely supports the regional sales director. RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Quality Assurance - US Technical Lead position is responsible for managing use case testing on the US time zone, coordination with the India QA team and acting as a 2nd line of support between the 1st line of support and engineering. The candidate will be an important team member directing and prioritizing testing, coordination and communication with the India QA team, as well as interface daily with the development, product management and support teams. This position reports to the QA Manager who works from Agiliance IDC in Hyderabad, India.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become an expert on using the product and share the knowledge within the organization
  • Learn new use cases and instruct other IDC QA team members on how to test them
  • Reproduce customer reported issues and write test cases that replicate customer use cases
  • Occasionally participate on calls with customers as second line support
  • Ensure that the software meets the requirements and design documents
  • Ensure software quality by writing and executing detailed test plans and test cases
  • Design and execution of functional, manual, automated, load, scalability and performance test cases
  • Make sure that test cases are effective and all use cases a covered
  • Project planning, estimation, scheduling and reporting
  • Document and communicate use case steps to other QA team members
  • Represent the QA team in cross-functional meetings and produce detailed reports
  • Direct the scalability and performance testing based on the customer use cases

  • Ability to use databases and do basic SQL queries

As Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as first line support contact and as such will be the point of contact for many of our global customers, providing expert technical guidance to and dealing with technical issues and queries. In your role as Product Support Engineer you will be troubleshooting and developing technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, partners, and customers via telephone, email, and the Agiliance Support portal. You'll escalate urgent problems which require more in-depth knowledge to the appropriate internal resources, utilizing proper escalation procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support for Agiliance's integrated risk management platform for field engineers, partners, and customers as part of a global 24 x 7 team.
  • Troubleshoot and develop workarounds related to software and configuration issues.
  • Escalate identified product issues, leveraging our Jira bug management system, and interact with Agiliance Product Management and Agiliance Engineering teams to drive to problem resolution in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure support service level agreements and customer expectations are met (or exceeded).
  • Contribute to an online knowledge base for partners and customers.
  • Provide customers with guidance on how to leverage security policies and procedures for risk and compliance management based on standards such as ISO 2700x, COBIT, PCI, and NIST guidelines as part of the Agiliance product offering.
  • Assist customers in product upgrades and report / dashboard creation.

REQUIREMENTS


Prior Experience
  • 3 - 5 year experience in acting as first line support contact for enterprise software solutions.
  • Training will be provided in Agiliance, but prior knowledge of IT-GRC, Risk Management, Security Software, or similar technologies would be advantageous.
  • Worked in a start-up or high growth environment.
Skills
  • Apache, Tomcat, Oracle 11g, and MySQL system administration fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with at least one interpreted language and frameworks such as JAVA, JSP, AJAX, Hibernate, Web Services, etc.

The Finance and HR Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Finance and HR.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Finance and Accounting
    • Responsible for ongoing finance and accounting related activities including invoicing, collections, accounts payable, commission, fixed assets, month-end close, accounts reconciliation and financial analysis.
    • Ensure proper revenue recognition compliance and documentations.
    • Manage semi-monthly payroll with our outsourced payroll provider.
    • Maintain PTO and sick time records.
    • Provide assistance to Sr. Director of Finance during annual budget process.
