AGILIANCE RECRUITS SALES EXECUTIVE WITH SEASONED ENTERPRISE AND SECURIY EXPERTISE

Technology Industry Sales Veteran to Drive Corporate Sales and Fuel Company Growth

Mountain View, California, December 5, 2005 — Agiliance, a leading provider of security risk and compliance management solutions, today announced the addition seasoned industry executive Patrick Figley to the sales team. Figley brings more than fifteen years of technology industry expertise to Agiliance from major software companies in the ERP, Supply Chain Management and Information Security segments.

“We are delighted to have Patrick on board, as he really understands the nexus of security and enterprise solutions,” said Pravin Kothari, Founder and CEO of Agiliance. “Having worked with Patrick before, I have witnessed first-hand his impressive ability to connect with individuals at both the practitioner and executive levels.”

“With more than 100 regulations in the US alone, chief security officers need a top-down risk-based approach to create a common set of security controls, disseminate the control processes, and insure that IT and other physical assets are compliant,” said Mr. Figley. “Delivering information quickly and cost effectively to audit partners – rather than handling each compliance initiative in a one-off manner – is paramount.”

Prior to joining Agiliance, Mr. Figley was a sales executive at ArcSight, a global leader in Enterprise Security Management (ESM) software. Additionally, he worked in increasing sales capacities at software companies including Impresse, Pansophic Systems Inc, Manugistics and Cenzic Inc.  .

Mr. Figley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from San Francisco State University

About Agiliance

Agiliance enables organizations to effectively analyze and decrease security risk, increase visibility, and significantly reduce the cost of compliance with regulations and security policies. It allows enterprises to monitor how secure their IT infrastructure is, ensures that the right policies and controls are in place to mitigate business risk, and allows them to monitor compliance with policies across the enterprise on a continuous basis. Its core value proposition evolves around a combination of assets, security policy and risk management. This makes it the right solution for ensuring IT compliance with government regulations (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley 404, HIPAA, GLBA and SB 1386), industry mandates (e.g., SAS 70 and PCI), as well as corporate policies.
