BMC Remedy Connector
The BMC Remedy Connector integrates the BMC ticket
management system with the Agiliance RiskVision platform.
Tickets created in Agiliance are automatically pushed to
Remedy and, periodically, that ticket's status is pulled into the
RiskVision ticket system, keeping the Agiliance and Remedy
ticket management systems synchronized.
HP Service Manager (Peregrine) Connector
The Agiliance HP Service Manager Connector integrates the
HP ticketing system with RiskVision's ticketing system. Tickets
created in the Agiliance ticketing system are automatically
pushed to the HP Service Manager and updates on Service
Managers are periodically pulled. This arrangement ensures
that Agiliance and HP service manager ticketing systems are
always synchronized.
